Why this autonomy level: After the founder submits company details and documents are e-signed, Atlas files with Delaware, obtains the EIN, issues stock and files 83(b) elections itself. It is not a law firm, and its docs list cases (valuable IP contributions, excluded prior inventions, QSBS rollovers, not wanting an 83(b)) where a lawyer should be consulted first.
